Please make sure you do not make an appointment if you have a ViP due in season.

Please ensure any health issues are discussed with me prior to the groom.
If you need to cancel your ViP appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. (Deposits will be required for repeat cancellations)
Extra charges will be added for excessive matting, challenging behaviour.
If your ViP arrives for a groom and fleas are found they will be bathed in Flea Shampoo, a charge of £5 will be added .
